Note: When creating your workflow, make sure that your output nodes are enabled. If files are sent to a disabled output node, they will be lost.

Proxy Settings

Dispatcher Phoenix can honor proxy settings for the FilesAnywhere, FilesAssist, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, Google Drive, OnBase, SharePoint, SharePoint Online, and WebDav connectors. To set up for proxy settings on the system that is running Dispatcher Phoenix, do the following:

1. Configure the proxy from Internet Explorer (Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings). Please consult the IT specialist for information on how to configure proxy settings for both external access and proxy bypass addresses.

2. Configure the proxy for Dispatcher Phoenix using the DP Web System Settings Application

Note: SharePoint and WebDav do not support NTLM/Negotiate authentication with a proxy server that requires authentication.
