Scanning documents into Micro Focus Content Manager version 9.x with metadata attached
Micro Focus Content Manager (formerly HP Content Manager, HP Trim) is an electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) marketed by Micro Focus. Content Manager is an enterprise document and records management system for physical and electronic information designed to help businesses capture, manage, and secure business information in order to meet governance and regulatory compliance obligations.
Dispatcher Paragon users are now able to scan documents directly into Micro Focus Content Manager version 9.x following an update that was released in 6.0.57 and now we have added to this connectivity by allowing the Dispatcher Paragon administrator to scan the documents with metadata attached. In the Dispatcher Paragon management interface, when assigning an alias, if a user uses invalid characters, they are informed that the alias has not been saved. (SBT-2732)
When scheduling a web report to a file, the file name allows for a wider range of characters increasing the user-friendliness for different languages. (SBT-2731)
When scheduling a web report to a file, upon submitting a form, if an error occurs, all values are captured allowing the user to fix any issue and re-submit. (SBT-2719)
When scheduling a web report to a file, if the user enters invalid characters in the folder name, they will be informed of what is wrong and can take clear action to resolve it. (SBT-2718)
When running the server installer in multiple languages, the displayed text is clear and easy to follow. (SBT-2713)
In management interface, when selecting a billing code to assign to a user, upon making the selection the code will be displayed once and accurately reflect the selection. (SBT-2693)

Customers who use Dispatcher Paragon extensions or customizations should contact their Regional Sales Manager or customer support team for compatibility verification with the new Build. We recommend testing all extensions before applying a Build update into a production environment.
