Dispatcher Paragon - Print Application

This document describes the UI for the print application.

Printing and Managing Jobs

  1. Log into the embedded terminal.

  2. On the Main Menu screen, tap Dispatcher Print.

The user may be redirected automatically to the Dispatcher Print application. In that case, this step can be skipped.

  3. The print application is displayed.

If embedded terminal is configured to use more job folders, the user can switch between folders via tab shown below.

When an embedded terminal is configured to allow the switching between folders and a job is selected, switching between folders is not possible as the tab area is covered by the button action bar as shown on the next picture.

  4. If at least one print job has been selected, buttons for the selected job's manipulation are displayed in an action bar under the header, and the print button is enabled in the footer.

Empty Job List

When there are no jobs in the folder, the message The folder is empty will be shown instead of a job list.

Action Bar

The buttons in the action bar enable manipulation of the selected jobs. In the middle, text indicating the number of selected jobs is displayed.
