(tick) User can enter the Fax application but is not allowed to perform any Fax operation, if the user does not have Fax access rights granted.

Xerox

(tick) All Fax applications (Fax, Server Fax, and Email Fax) icons in the menu are not displayed if the user does not have Fax access rights granted. Authentication mode must be To device. It is necessary to enable  enableXeroxAccessDefinition   property in System settings. Access definition needs to be supported on the device.

  • Supported devices Konica Minolta is aware of: WC 58xx, WC 59xx, WC 78xx, WC 79xx, WC 8700, WC 6655, CQ 930x, AltaLink, VersaLink
  • Unsupported devices Konica Minolta is aware of: Phaser 3635
