Time-saving keyboard shortcuts are available for you when indexing documents. See the following list:

Show / Hide Shortcuts

  • Show / Hide Help: ? or CTRL + `

  • Show / Hide Toolbar and Batch Panel: CTRL + 7

  • Show / Hide About Screen: CTRL + i

  • Show / Hide Preferences Screen: CTRL + o

  • Close Keyboard Shortcut dialog: ESC

  • Go to First Page: CTRL + ↑

  • Go to Previous Page: CTRL + ←

  • Go to Next Page: CTRL + →

  • Go to Last Page: CTRL + ↓

  • Go to First Document: CTRL + M

  • Go to Previous Document: CTRL + ,

  • Go to Next Document: CTRL + .

  • Go to a Specific Document in the Batch: CTRL + G

  • Go to the Last Document: CTRL + /

Indexing Shortcuts

  • Toggle Lock/Unlock Batch: CTRL + L

  • Reject Document: CTRL + Delete

  • Save Current Document: CTRL + S

  • Save and Move to Next Document: CTRL + Enter

  • Save and Move to Next Unsaved Document: CTRL + ↑ + Enter

  • Save and Release Document: CTRL + 9

  • Release all Saved Documents: F9

Document Preview Shortcuts

  • Zoom in by 100%: CTRL + 1

  • Resize to Fit Width of Page: CTRL + 2

  • Resize to Fit Whole Page: CTRL + 3

  • Zoom out: CTRL + 4

  • Zoom in: CTRL + 5

Document Viewer Shortcuts

  • Toggle Document Viewer: F8

Customize Layout Shortcuts
